All interested free paper presenters (poster or podium) for the 22nd APOA Congress are required to submit their abstracts for the committee’s evaluation.
Submission Deadline: September 15, 2022

GENERAL GUIDELINES

  1. Abstract title must not exceed 30 words.
  2. Each abstract must have a maximum of 20 authors and 20 affiliations.
  3. The body of the abstract must contain a maximum of 400 words and must be submitted in English. Do not include charts or graphics.
  4. All abstracts must be submitted in PDF or Word (.doc or .docx) format.
  5. Abstract submissions will only be accepted via the Google form below. Authors are also required to submit a short biography (within 1 page).
  6. Authors of accepted abstracts for poster and podium presentations will be notified via email not later than October 1, 2022.

All submitted abstracts must follow the below format:

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

  1. Registration to the convention is required for those who will be accepted as presenters. Accepted presenters are required to present the official registration receipt upon confirmation of their presentation slot.
  2. Accepted authors for poster presentations are required to upload their final posters through the convention website by November 1, 2022. Guidelines will be shared to the presenters via email.
  3. Podium presenters will be required to submit their PPT presentations not later than October 15, 2022 for the committee’s review and approval. Once approved, presenters are required to record their presentations and submit their video files in MP4 format for final checking not later than October 31, 2022. Complete guidelines will be shared to the presenters via email.
